Getting your photos to me

Three ways, depending on where you live and what you have.

  • In person. Drop off or pick up in Smoky Lake. We agree a time first.

  • By post, with Canada Post. Prints and film travel well when packed flat. Tell me before you ship, and read how to pack and send them safely.

This is a post office box, so couriers cannot deliver to it. For a courier or a hand-over in person, write to me first.

  • Digitally. Already have scans or camera files? Send them from anywhere in the world.

Delivery

Quick answers

Can I mail my originals to you?

Yes. Canada Post works well for prints and film. Tell me before you ship, and read the guide to packing and sending photos.

Where do I send my originals?

Post them to the mailing address on the contact page, a post office box in Smoky Lake. Write to me first so I can expect the parcel, and read the guide to packing photos and film. Couriers cannot deliver to a post office box, so ask me for a delivery option if you prefer a courier.

Who pays for shipping and insurance?

Mailing terms such as insurance, tracking and return shipping are agreed in writing before you send anything.

Can I drop off or pick up in Smoky Lake?

Yes. We agree a time first. See the Smoky Lake page.
